weight loss update

12 pounds. I need to lose 12 pounds, so I can go on the cruise I promised myself. Other than cutting off a limb, does anyone have any other weight loss ideas?

I have heard a good colon cleansing knocks off ten pounds immediately. Haven't tried it myself, though.

Supposedly nordic walking and pilates are working wonders. However, I never managed to lose more than one or two pounds with nordic walking. I will have my first pilates class tonight, hope that works better for me. I cut back on sweats and chocolate sooooo much these past few weeks and I also stuck to one hot meal a day instead of two. But the scale just doesn't move one slightest teensy weensy little bit from the 68.7 kilos. All I'm trying is to get back to the 65 kilos I had in the beginning of the year. That's a weight I feel comfortable with.
