It's probably not a good sign when. . .

you find chocolate on your bra and you're supposed to be on a diet. . .

you drop your child off late for the third day in a row. . .

you write a political blog post and nobody comments. . .

I read your politcal post and thought about leaving a comment. However, I don't want to nag you and Shelly with stupid questions about how things work in the States all the time. This time I was wondering whether school children (even the young ones) always get to watch the speeches of the president?! That would be amazing. I don't think I ever got to watch one single speech of Chancellor Kohl at school during the 12 years I went there.

I'm tempted to disclose all of the things I've found in my bra over the years, but I'm pretty sure the comment section will cut me off after awhile.

I didn't get a chance to read your political post yet, but now my interest is peaked. First I'm going to nap though. Refresh those brain cells and then I'm going to ponder your politics. I swear I'm going to comment even if all I have to add is "I read it".

Who is your chocolate fairy? Can he/she come visit me? :)
I liked what you said about respect- I just don't have kids in school yet, so didn't have any direct experience with this instance.

We were usually on time for school growing up, but occasionally we were late. BUT we gave one of teachers a ride with us, so that always cleared us.

Oh, Rachel, that always happens to me to...well, not the dropping off late thing but definitely the bra thing and the post comment - I always am surprised by which posts get commented on and the hot topics are silent! I couldn't comment since I don't follow US politics apart from knowing who's in the White House.

Chocolate in your teeth is also a bad sign.

Sorry, too tired on the 1st week of school for political reading...

Maybe you've started lactating again...chocolate milk. And therefore, it's not your fault.
